Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits


°3 cups flour
°1 tbsp. baking powder
°1 tsp. salt
°1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
°1/8 tsp. black pepper
°4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
°1 1/4 cup milk
°3/4 cup sour cream
°3 tbsp. melted butter
°1 lightly beaten egg

*Directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Greased 9*5 loaf pan-with-oil.
In a bowl, whisk the first five ingredients together. Carefully turning cheese cubes on so that they are coat with flour mix.
In a different bowl, whisk the rest of the ingredients together. Combine the wet mixture into the flour and cheese mixture, stirring until completely combined, not stirring frequently. Spread the mixture on the loaf pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes and then remove it from the pan. Leave to cool for an hour before slicing and serving.
