Potato casserole with cheese and hamburger


°1 pound ground beef
°1 onion, finely chopped
°4 pound potatoes, peeled
°Salt / pepper
°8 oz cheddar cheese, grat (for 2 cups)
°1 can cheese soup, 10.75 oz
°1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
°1/2 cup of milk
°1/2 tsp salt
°1/4 tsp pepper


Spraying 13x9 baking dish with cook spray & preheat oven 350 degrees.

Add the ground beef and onion to a large skillet, season with salt and pepper, then cook until the ground beef is cooked through and crumbled. Drain the fat then set apart.

Cutting potatoes to thin tranches (less than 1/4 inch). Adding layer potato slice to bottom of baking dish. Sprinkling potatoes with salt / pepper.

Topping potatoes with 1/4 of beef mix. Top the beef with 1/4 grated cheese. Repeat this process 3 more times.
Combine condensed cheddar soup, evaporated milk, milk, salt and pepper, then whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over potato/beef/cheese layers.

Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil then baking at 350 degrees for one h. Removing foil, then keep baking for an add 15 to 20 min or to potatoes are tender also dish is lightly brown & bubbly.
