°8 ounces soft cream cheese
°1 tub  whip cream
°1 large can (14-16 oz) mashed pineapple, drained
°confectioner's sugar cup
°Half a cup of pineapple pieces
°A c shredded coconut .
°1½ cups graham crackers
°Half a cup of sugar
°Half a cup of melted butter


+For crust: Mixing graham crackers with sugar. Adding melted butter and stir to well combined. Press to an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch skillet.
Filling: In  bowl, whisking soft cheese & confectioners' sugar to very smooth.
Beat in a bowl of whipped cream. Then adding drained pineapple.
Spreading filling on crust. Cover with pineapple pieces &  sprinkle with coconut.
Cool well - at least 4 h, overnight
