°1 package (16 ounces) whole wheat elbow macaroni
°cup chopped dried onion
°1 pound lobster meat, cooked and cut into cubes
°1 cooked shrimp without tail
°1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
°1 c cream
°1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, sifted
°3 eggs
°1 piece butter
°2 tsp flour
°1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
°1 pound Swiss cheese
°1 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese
°1 piece butter
°1 tablespoon dried onion seasoning (such as Pampered Chef® Three Onion Rub)
°1 teaspoon Provencal herb
°2 cups buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)
°1 piece butter, cut into pieces
*Step by Step
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta with 1/2 cup dried onion in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.;
Placing lobsters & shrimp in colander. Pour cook pasta & onions on oysters. Letting it drain.
Preheat oven 375°F (190°C).
Slowly heat the evaporated milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. I miss the flour. Whisk the eggs together in a small bowl.
Cooking sauce to small bubbles form. Very slowly add the sauce, 1/4 cup at a time, to the egg bowl, being careful not to overcook and stir the eggs. Slowly stir the cream of egg mixture into the skillet. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and soft, 5 to 10 minutes.
Melt one stick of butter in the saucepan used to cook the pasta over medium heat. adding flour; Cook to roux thickens & turns caramel color, for 5 min. Adding cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, & Monterey Jack cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until completely melted, about 4 minutes. Pour the cream sauce and stir until smooth.
Toss pasta, lobster and shrimp in creamy cheese sauce to coat completely. Pour macaroni also cheese to 9" x 11" baking dish.
Melt another piece of butter in the skillet used to make the sauce. Add onion seasoning and Herbes de Provence. flip over. Add crackers. Cook and toss over medium heat until the coating mixture is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
Cover the macaroni and cheese with handles of butter. Cover it with a layer of biscuits.
Bake in a preheated oven until the surface is crispy and the cheeses are melted, about 1 hour.
