Loaded Cowboy Pasta Salad


*the components

°1 pound of roti pasta
°1 tbsp. olive oil
°1 pound thick minced bacon
°1/2 pound lean ground beef
°1/2 tsp. garlic powder
°1/2 tsp. onion powder
°1/8 tsp.  pepper flakes
°Salt / pepper to taste
°1 c mayonnaise
°1 teaspoon McCormick BBQ Seasoning or 1/4 cup Kids BBQ Sauce
°1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
°2 tbsp. hot mustard
°2 tsp. chili sauce
°1 can (15 ounces) sweet corn, drained
°2 cups. tomatoes halved
°1 1/2 c cheddar cheese
°3/4 cup green onion cut into cubes

*Methods 

Cook the pasta in a routine according to the instructions on the package, then drain and rinse with cold water. Sprinkle on 1 tbsp. olive oil and leave it aside.
In  skillet on medium heat, cooking bacon to crispy.
Remove the bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel, leaving a little of the bacon fat in the skillet. Add the minced meat to the skillet and cook until brown. Season ground beef with onion, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.
Get rid of any remaining grease and remove from heat.
In a large serving bowl, combine mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot mustard, and chili sauce and whisk until smooth.
Add cooked pasta, bacon, ground beef, corn, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese cubes, and green onions, and stir until completely combined. Put it in the fridge until it's ready to serve
