Ingredients
°7 red potato
°1/4 tsp salt & pepper
°1 lb bacon,
°3 tbsp sour cream
°2 c mozzarella cheese
°2 cheeses, grated
°3 green onions, slice
Methods
Cutting baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Placing half in greased 13*9 baking dish.
Sprinkling with half salt, pepper and bacon.
Top with half the sour cream, then the cheeses. Repeat layers.
Baking uncovered at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with minced onion.
