Preheat oven 400°F. Brown onion, celery, carrots and potatoes withinside the margarine for 10 min
Adding flour to saute mix, stir well, cook for 1 min, stir constantly. Mix broth and 1/2 of and 1/2 of. Gradually stir into vegetable mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper; upload the chook and stir well.
Pour right into a shallow 2-quart casserole dish and top with pie crusts.
Bake for 30 to forty mins or till the crust is golden also flaky
