CHICKEN BREAST STUFFED WITH CHEESE AND BROCCOLI


+The list of ingredients:

°4 chicken breasts.
°1 tablespoon garlic powder.
°1 teaspoon chili powder.
°1 teaspoon of dried thyme.
°1/4 Tsp.   Red pepper flakes, you can add more, to taste.
°1/2 teaspoon of salt.
°1/2 tsp ground pepper.
°2 tablespoons of olive oil.
°I used these ingredients for mixture I stuff chicken with:
°1 c cheddar cheese.
°1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
°1/2 cup. Cream cheese.
°1 tablespoon minced garlic.
°3 cups. Diced broccoli, bite-sized.  

This stuffed chicken breast recipe is very simple to prepare and only requires a few simple steps. This seems to be quite complicated, however, it is surprisingly simple to do:

Step 1: The oven be set at 375 degrees F.
Step 3: Put all the ingredients in a small bowl except the salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined. Set apart after combining with  spoon.
Step 4: Use sharp knife, cutting chicken breast in half lengthwise, keep chicken breast intact but create a flap, on a cutt board.
Step 5: Season both sides of the chicken breast with the spice blend, making sure to get inside the flap as well.
Step 6: In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese and minced garlic until well blended.
Step 7: Continue to mix until all the vegetables are coated in the Greek yogurt sauce, then add the diced broccoli and mix well. And m Prepare four equal portions of the broccoli mixture.
Step 8: In the middle of the chicken breast, stuff it with 1/4 of the broccoli mixture by wedging it between the two flaps, and use 3 toothpicks to secure the broccoli cheese filling until she stands.   Repeat same process for the rest chicken breast.
Step 9: Pour oil into a large cast iron skillet and place it on the stove over medium to high heat. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes to brown it a bit.
Step 10: Be careful when putting the cast iron skillet in the oven. Make sure the handle is not hot. Baking for 31 min at 375oF with pan flip halfway through.
Step 11: Making sure chicken breast is cook through by use  meat thermometer to check temperature, so before removing it from the oven, check that it has reached a temperature of at least 165 degrees F.  
Step 12: When done cooking, allow it to cool for 5 minutes, then it will be ready to serve.
