Cajun pasta be Poppin

So I seasoned the shrimp with Cajun season and cooked it in butter... browning the Andouille sausage.

Chicken marinated with cajun spices also and fried. I used linguine pasta.

Add the onion, sweet pepper and a tablespoon of thyme. Fry in butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add red pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Add 1/3 cup of the reserved cooking liquid from the pasta, salt, and tomatoes; Brings to a boil.
Reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in shrimp/sausage/chicken and pasta.

Stir with heavy cream. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat or until completely heated up.

Sprinkle more thyme. Add Cajun seasoning until you get the flavor you want.
