Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, & Chicken Casserole


°2 c water
°2 c instant rice
°2 (10 ounces) chicken pieces, drained
°1 can (10.75 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
°1 can (10.75 oz) heavy cream of chicken soup
°Half a cup of butter
°1 cup milk
°1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
°1 small white onion, chopped
°1 pound of processed cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees F 
Step 2
In a medium sized saucepan, boil water. Combine the instant rice, cover and remove from heat. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, combine prepared rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, butter, milk, broccoli, onion, and processed cheese.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Stir until halfway through to help the cheese melt evenly.
