Best Southern Cabbage Roll


*Ingredients :

° Minced Beef 2 lbs
° 1 cabbage
° 2 cups of cooked rice
° 1 tbsp. olive oil
°Medium-sized chopped onion
° three eggs
° three cans of tomato soup
° 1 can of chopped tomatoes
° 1 packet broth chicken
° ½ tsp. garlic powder
° Salt and Pepper

The first step:
