TEXAS-ROADHOUSE-STEAK-SEASONING


*ingredients :

°2 tsp kosher salt
°2 tsp brown sugar
°1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
°Half a teaspoon of paprika
°Half a teaspoon of chili powder
°½ teaspoon garlic powder
°Half a teaspoon garlic salt
°½ teaspoon onion powder
°Half a teaspoon of turmeric

* How to make it :

Gather a medium bowl, a gallon-size plastic bag with a zip-top, scissors and a spice jar with a shaker-type lid. Take two tablespoons of kosher salt and pour them into the bowl. Adding 2 tsp of brown sugar. Standard white sugar can also be use. Measure out 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and turmeric. Add all the spices to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon each of paprika and chili powder to the bowl. Measure out 1 teaspoon black pepper and add the other spices to the bowl. Medium ground pepper is best for this mix. Gently stir the mixture to incorporate all the ingredients.
Pour seasonings into a gallon-size plastic bag, then seal. Shake the seasonings together in the bag until they appear to be evenly blended.
Cut the edge of one of the bottom edges of the plastic bags diagonally. The pieces should be small enough that the tip of the bag can be easily inserted into the empty seasoning container. Empty the spices from the sachet into the spice jar
