SWEET & EASY PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE


*Ingredients:


° 1 (9 inch) pie crust
° 1 (20 oz) can crush pineapple with juice
° 1 container (8 oz) frozen whip topping
° 1 pack (6 oz) Jell-O(R) Pineapple
° 1 container (12 ounces) whip cream cheese

* Directions:

* Drain pineapple juice. Set fruit apart. Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice / microwave about 1 minute.
* Mix whipped topping and cream cheese until smooth. Stir pineapple into cream cheese mixture. Add the gelatin and mix well. Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
