Slow cooker-pepper-steak



*INGREDIENTS

° 1.5 lb round steak (cut into thin strips)
° 1 green bell pepper (thickly sliced)
° 1 red bell pepper (thickly sliced)
° 1/2 onion (thickly sliced)
° 1 1/2 cup beef broth
° 3 tbsp soy sauce
° 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 ° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/4 tsp black pepper
° 2 tsp brown sugar

* INSTRUCTIONS:
 
- Place the beef, peppers and onions in a slow cooker.
-Add seasonings, brown sugar and soy sauce over beef and peppers.
- Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Covering & cooking on low for 5-6 h or on high about 2.5-3 hours until steak is cooked through.
- Serve on a bed of white rice.
