SHRIMP BOIL FOIL PACKS


*ingredients

°2 pints of corn, sliced ​​into 1 inch thick slices
°1 package (4 ounces) Cajun sausage, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
°1 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
°1 large onion chopped
°1 chopped red pepper
°1 chopped green pepper
°2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
°2 tablespoons crushed garlic
°2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
°2 tsp Cajun seasoning

* Methods :

Heat a gas grill over medium heat to about 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cutting 8 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum. Use 2 sheets of aluminum foil per pack, making 4 packs. Place the corn, pepper, and sausage evenly in both packages. Divide the onions and peppers between each package.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic. Divide Old Bay sauce among cans, dripping about 2 tablespoons. equally on both of them. Sprinkle each bag with about 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
Roll the sides of the inner thin squares to make a wrap. Place the outer foil in the opposite direction and fold the outer layers closed. Crimp seal edges.
Grill with the closed side up for 12-15 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with coriander.
