Remarks:
Unfortunately, freezing a layered salad (or any salad recipe) is not a good idea. Frozen vegetables are mushy, and after thawing the mayonnaise cracks and separates.
The ideal time to prepare a layered salad overnight is the day before or at most four hours. Any sooner & dressing will making salad  some soggy. Be sure to arrange it well, put the dressing on the rim, cover it with plastic wrap or in a jar with an airtight lid, and keep it cold until ready to serve.

Enjoy !
