QUESADILLAS PHILLY CHEESESTEAK



*Ingredients

°2 flour tortillas, medium size/burrito
°1/2 lb beef (rib eye or top round), thinly sliced ​​or diced
°1/2 medium onion, chopped
°1/2 red bell pepper, diced
°1/2 green bell pepper, diced
°6 oz mushrooms, diced
°3 slices provolone cheese (avoid aged cheese), halved
°1 tablespoon light olive oil, divided
°1 clove garlic, minced
°¼ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
°1/8 tsp ground black pepper
°2 tsp mayonnaise, optional

* Methods :

In fry pan, heat 2 tsp of oil, once hot adding meat. Seasoning with salt // pepper // cook TO the meat is cook through. Removing to skillet and covering to keep warm.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, cut the mushrooms and the peppers into cubes. Sauté the vegetables in the same skillet until tender, adding another teaspoon of oil if needed.
