Quesadilla Ring


°2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
°1 chopped onion
°1 chopped red pepper
°1 chopped hot pepper
°1 cup taco sauce
°20 taco-sized tortillas
°3 c ì cheddar cheese
°3 c Monterey Jack cheese

* Methods :

Heat oven to 375 degrees F .  Laying butter paper on tray baking In  bowl, add chicken, onion, red pepper, jalapeno, also taco sauce also mix. Sit apart.
Cutting every tortilla in half. Evenly add about 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and chicken mixture to each tortilla half.
Roll the tortillas into cones, starting with the cut edge and making sure the ingredients are not pulled out of the tortillas.
Place a wide bowl or glass in the center of the baking tray.
Make a ring around the jar with about 13 tortillas. The points of cones should be in center, touching the jar. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over the toppings. Repeat with remaining cones to make two more layers, finishing with the rest of the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack.
Remove the jar from the middle of the loop. Bake until the cheese has melted and the edges of the tortilla are crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
Carefully transfer the blooming quesadillas to a serving plate. Putting dip of your choice inside the ring & decorate it with decorations you want.
