Preheat oven 350"
Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 cup of brown sugar (dark brown if you have it)
Pour it to 9"*13" cake pan
Adding pineapple rings
Adding cherries & set apart.
For cake.. I used pineapple cake mix, 3 egg whites, 1/3 c oil and 1 cup pineapple juice
Mix well.
Pour on pineapple & cherry
Baking about 25 min
Cool & turning on wax paper
