Pepper Steak



*ingredients:

° 1 tsp vegetable oil
° 1 bell pepper, de-seeded and sliced
° 1 bell pepper, seeded, de-seeded, and sliced
° 1 1/4 kilos sirloin, thinly sliced
° 2 teaspoons minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon minced ginger
° Salt and pepper to taste
° 1/four cup soy sauce
° 1 half tablespoons sugar
° 1 half tablespoons cornstarch

* instructions:

Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil over medium-excessive warmth in a skillet.
