Pecan bars


*INGREDIENTS

°1 can (8 oz) chilled croissants
°3/4 cup chopped pecans
°1/2 cup sugar
°1/2 cup corn syrup
°2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 egg, beaten

* DIRECTIONS:

Heat the oven to 350°F.
Unroll dough and press bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 9×13 inch pan. Press the perforations firmly to seal. Cook 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour filling on partially baked crust.
Baking an add 18 to 22 min or to golden brown.
Cool completely, about 1 hour, and cut into bars
