Parmesan Meatloaf

🤤🤤😍 OMG don't lose it


°1 pound minced pork
°1 pound minced meat
°2 large eggs
°1/4 cup rusk
°1/2 teaspoon dried basil
°1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
° 1-2 garlic clove
°1 small yellow onion (grated)
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1/4 tsp black pepper
°1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
°1/2 cup pasta sauce (marinara sauce, homemade, without meat)
°1/2 cup cheese

* Methods : 

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan (I'm using a glass baking tray) with cooking spray, set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, beef, eggs, bread crumbs, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Do not over handle the mixture, or it will become hard.
Step 3
Put the mixture in a loaf pan greased with butter, and shape it into a loaf shape. Spread over meatloaf with pasta sauce.
Step 4
Place a stuffed loaf pan on a baking tray, and bake for an hour.
Fifth step
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and drain any grease from the meat at this time.
Step 6
Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese.
Step 7
Place the meatloaf back in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
Step 8
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
