Old Bay Crab Cakes


°2 tranches of dried bread, without crusts
°1 terabyte. milk
°1 tsp mayonnaise
°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°1 tablespoon parsley flakes
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 scrambled egg
°1 pound cut crab meat
°Vegetable oil

* Directions : 

 In  bowl, cutting bread to pieces. Moisten with milk.
Adding mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, baking powder, Old Bay, salt, eggs // crabmeat. Mixing sweetly and shape to 4 pieces. Placing pies in refrigerator for 31 min to help keep their shape when cook. Fill a frying pan with about 1/4 1/4 vegetable oil. On medium high heat, frying to golden on both sides. I usually turn every minute to avoid over-frying.
