°1 cup melted butter (or 1 stick of butter and 1 stick of margarine)
°2 cups of sugar
°1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
°4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1/8 tsp salt
°1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
°1 bag (10.5 ounces) miniature marshmallows


1. Whisk together the melted butter and the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stirring in flour & pecans.
2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan.
3. Baking at 350° about 20 to 25 min 
4. Remove from oven; evenly top warm cake with marshmallows.
Return to the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Drizzle chocolate frosting (see recipe and directions below) over warm cake.

+Chocolate Frosting Recipe and Instructions:

°1 package (16 oz) powdered sugar, sifted
°1/2 tsp. milk
°1/4 tsp. softened butter
°1/3 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
°Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth
