* Ingredients :
°2 pounds. Ground beef or turkey
°2 bags coleslaw mix
°4 green onions, chopped
°3 teaspoons minced garlic
°3 tablespoons of soy sauce
°2 tablespoons sesame oil
°2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
°2 teaspoons ground ginger
*Optional, add a pack of Splenda
*Instructions:
Cook the ground meat in the skillet as you normally would.
In a separate pan, put the sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped green onion and chopped garlic together and sauté until soft. I also add cabbage (coleslaw mix), red pepper & ground ginger and cooked until almost tender, it still had a slight crunch which I prefer to super soft cabbage.
Once that was done I drained the excess fat from the meat and added it to the pot with the rest of the ingredients and stirred. I added a little more soy sauce for taste but not much. Turned out awesome. Husband and son loved it.
Enjoy !
