°1 tablespoon sesame oil
°4 tsp low soy sauce
°8 bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs (about 4 pounds)
°1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
°½ teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
°6 garlic cloves (minced)
°2 tsp lemon juice
°2 teaspoons kosher salt (plus more to taste)
°5 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
°2 tablespoons olive oil

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Stir until well blended.
Add the chicken and stir until well coated in the sauce.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least an hour or overnight. (I prefer the night.)
Empty the bowl into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Arrange the chicken in a single layer.
Put them in the preheated oven and bake the chicken for half an hour.
Grill for another 3 minutes or until browned.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken sit at room temperature for a few minutes to incorporate all the flavors.

Serve hot & enjoy !
