JIM'S SWEET AND EASY PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE


*Ingredients:

° 1  pie crust
° 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple with juice
° 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
° 1 package (6 ounces) Jell-O(R) Pineapple
° 1 container (12 ounces) whipped cream cheese

* Directions :

* Drain the pineapple juice. Set the fruit aside. Dissolving gelatin in pineapple juice & microwave for 1 min.
* Mixing whip topping & cream cheese to smooth. Stirring pineapple into cream cheese mix. Adding gelatin also mix well. Pour to pie shell & refrigerate for 4 to 5 h .
