GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE πŸ˜‹πŸ‘Œ


*Ingredients:

+CAKE:
°1 pkg. (3 oz) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
°½ cup of water
°2 cups flour
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°¼ tsp salt
°1 c (2 sticks) butter
°2 c sugar
°4 eggs,
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 c buttermilk
+COCONUT PECAN GLAZE:
°4 egg yolk
°1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
°1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
°1-1/2 cup sugar
°¾ cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
°1 package (7 ounces) coconut
°1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped

*Instructions:

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of 3 8″ or 9″ round cake pans with parchment paper. Butter the sides of the molds.
Step 2: Microwave chocolate and water in large microwaveable bowl on High until almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stirring to chocolate is totally melt.
