Epic Beef Nacho Supreme


*Ingredients :

°Beef: 300 g (0.66 lbs)
°Onion: 1 medium (diced)
°Red beans: 400g
°Nachos: 175g
°Grated cheese: ½ cup
°Heavy cream: ½ cup sour cream or crème fraîche
+For the sauce: (mix)
°Tomato sauce
°Onions
°peppers
°Hot Jalapenos
°Garlic
°Coriander

* Directions:

In a large skillet, brown the minced meat with the onion and season with salt and pepper.
 You can & adding tomato sauce when vegetables begin to soften.
You will want to add this sauce to the pan with the meat and simmer until the ground meat is cooked through and there is nothing raw, about 20-25 minutes.
Be sure to arrange the corn tortillas on a baking sheet. Now it's time to cover the hot sauce in these Mexican nachos with the meat recipe.
Processed cheese be added on top. And please season with salt and pepper.
Once done, you need to cook until the cheese is melted and has a toasted color.
You can serve these Mexican nachos with any meat recipe topped with sour cream or creme fraiche.
