Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast


°eight oz. Dried beef in a jar, reduce into pieces
°2 tbsp. unsalted butter
°2 tbsp. flour
°1 c. milk
°½ c. heavy whipping cream
°pepper to flavor

* instructions:

Melt the butter in a skillet or saucepan over medium warmth at the stove.
Add the flour to the butter, and blend nicely for a minute or  till the flavor of uncooked flour has softened.
Slowly whisk first the milk, then the whipped cream.
Add pepper to flavor.
Bring mixture to a simmer over medium warmth, whisking frequently to save you burning.
Once the sauce is as thick as you like, upload the pork to the skillet or saucepan and stir till combined. Cook an additional 3-five mins and serve with toast.
