CHEESEBURGER & FRIES CASSEROLE



*Ingredients ~

°2 lbs lean ground beef
°1⁄4 tsp salt
°1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°1 can (300 ml) cream of mushroom soup
°1 can (300 mL) cheddar cheese soup
°1 package (500 g) frozen fries, your choice
°2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

+Itinerary ~

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Scramble ground beef until cooked.
Drain the fat.
& adding salt, pepper / garlic.
Add both soups and stir until well blended.
Heat on the stove, then transfer to a 9 X 13 glass dish.
Cover the beef mixture with the fries.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the fries are crispy.
Sprinkle cheese on top of pan and return to oven to melt cheese.
