CHEESEBURGER-CASSEROLE


*Ingredients:


° 1/2 pound coarsely chop bacon
° 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
° 1 tsp season salt
° 1 tsp garlic powder
° Salt and pepper to taste
° 1/2 onion, chopped
° 2 minced garlic cloves
° 2 ounces of cream cheese
 ° 2 tsp ketchup
° 6 sliced ​​dill pickle chips)
° 2 eggs
° 1/2 cup heavy whipped cream
° 2C grated cheddar cheese

* Methods :


1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Cook bacon according to package directions.
3. Once the bacon is cooked, coarsely chop it and set aside.
4. Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat and season evenly with seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add chopped onions and chopped garlic
5. Begin to brown the meat by cracking and crumbling it as it cooks.
6. Once the meat is fully cooked, drain it and return it to the pan over medium-high heat.
7. Add cream cheese, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to skillet with ground beef. Mix everything until well blended and heated through.
8. Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat and spread it evenly in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
9. Top meat evenly with chopped bacon and chopped pickles.
10. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix them together, then pour them evenly over the beef and bacon.
11. Spread the remaining cup of grated cheese evenly over the pan.
12. Put the casserole in the oven and cook for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
13. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
