Butter Swim Biscuits - Don't Lose This Recipe!


*ingredients:

°2½ cups (312.5 grams) flour
°4 tsp baking powder
°1 tsp sugar
°2 tsp salt
°2 c (490 g) buttermilk
°½ cup (1 stick, 113 g) melted butter

* instructions :

Heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a medium sized bowl. Using a whisk to sift ingredients.
Pour in the curd and stir until completely combined, taking care not to overwork the mixture.
Pour melt butter to an 8" * 8"* baking dish. Spread the dough over the butter and use a spoon (or your hands) to spread the dough evenly over the edges of the pan.
Cutting un-baked dough into 9 square (3x3 pattern). Baking for 28 min or to golden brown.
Allow butter to absorb to biscuits before slice and serving.
