Blackberry cobbler recipe


°2 1/2 C fresh or froze blackberrie
°1 C sugar
°1 cup Gold Medal™ All-Purpose Flour
°2 teaspoons baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1 cup milk
°1/2 cup melted butter
°Cream, whipped cream or ice cream as desired

* steps:

In  bowl, mix together blackberries & sugar. Let it for 20 min or to fruit syrup forms. Heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and milk together. Stirring in melt butter to blended. Spread in an ungreased 8-inch square skillet. Pour blackberry mix on the mixture.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until dough is risen and golden. Serve warm with cream.
