Baked potato salad garnished


°8 medium russet potatoes
°1 cup sour cream
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1 pack of bacon, cook and crumbl
°1 onion, chop
°Chive, to taste
°1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
°Salt and pepper to taste

*How to make this recipe

Washing & cut the potatoes to small pieces. Cover with water and boil until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain and cool the potatoes. Once cooled, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Add onions, chives and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with additional grated cheese and bacon and serve.
