BACON-RANCH-CHICKEN


*Ingredients:

°half lb bacon, cooked and chopped
°1 lb chicken, boneless/skinles
°1 tsp olive oil
°1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
°eight ounces. pasta
°1 c cheese, grated
°half cup cheddar cheese, grated
°salt/pepper, to taste
°14.five oz Alfredo sauce

*Instructions:

Preheat oven 375 degrees & grease a nine x nine baking dish.
Heat a massive skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon till crisp, approximately 7 minutes.
Drain bacon grease from skillet and location bacon on paper towel to take in closing bacon grease.
In a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, upload the olive oil, diced bird (still uncooked at this point), and ranch mix.
Shake the sealed bag to coat well.
Add the bird to the skillet and cook till not pink.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta till al dente.
Drain the water and upload the pasta to a greased baking dish
Add cooked bird and Alfredo sauce to pasta.
Sprinkle the 2 cheeses, bacon and salt/pepper on top of the Alfredo sauce and location the dish withinside the preheated oven.
Bake till bubbling and cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve!
