Lemon Coconut Cake!!!


+For cake:
°180 grams of flour
°1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°50g grated coconut
°1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
°120gm melted butter
°2 eggs
°250 ml milk
°250gm fine sugar
+Decoration cream:
°180 gm icing sugar
°90g grated coconut
°1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
°60 ml of lemon juice

* Preparation:

  Grease a spring pan. In a bowl, mix all the cake ingredients well until the dough is homogeneous.
  Pour into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  Let the cake cool for 5 minutes before placing it on a wire rack.
  Prepare the frosting Mix the powdered sugar, coconut, and lemon peel in a bowl.
  Add enough lemon juice to make a thick but still runny frosting. Sprinkle over cooled cake.
