* Ingredients:
°4 large Yukon Gold potatoes.
°1 large onion cut into rings.
°1 teaspoon butter.
°1 teaspoon olive oil.
°Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
°A pinch dill (or herb of your choice).
°Pinch of salt and pepper
* Directions :
Begin by peel the potatoes. Cutting it to thin tranches.
Do same with onions.
In skillet on heat, melting butter & adding olive oil.
Put the potato rings and onion rings in the skillet.
