CALIFORNIA SPAGHETTI SALAD

 




*ingredients:

+for 4 serving(s)

°200 grams of spaghetti
°100 grams of cucumber
°a pinch of salt
°100 grams onion
°150 g tangerines (canned)
°40 grams raisins
°150 grams mayonnaise
°15 grams of radish
°2 tbsp.  Kikkoman Naturally Fermented Soy Sauce
°4 lettuce leaves
°4 small tomatoes
°A little bit of chervil

* Preparation:

Cook spaghetti. Rinse with cold water and drain. Wash the cucumber and cut it in half crosswise. Remove the center with a spoon. Cutting cucumber to thin slices. Peel the onion, cut it in half and cut into thin slices.

Pour the tangerines into a colander, let them dry well and pat them dry with a paper towel. 

Soak the raisins in hot water and let them dry well. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, and naturally fermented soy sauce in a bowl. Pour all ingredients to a large salad bowl also mix jointly. Arrange the spaghetti salad on a plate of salad leaves and garnish with the tomato quarters and chervil.
