BabyBack ribs in the oven



*ingredients:

°Pork tenderloin - 1.5 kg (3 lbs.)
°smoked paprika - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
°Garlic powder -15 ml (1 tablespoon)
°Pepper - 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon)
°Salt - 2.5 ml (½ tsp)
°Ground-cayenne-pepper /1 pinch
°Brown sugar - 80 ml (half a cup)
°Tomato paste - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
°Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
°Low-sodium soy sauce - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)

* Preparation:

Preheat oven 160°C (325°F). Placing rack in center of oven. Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil (or a reusable baking sheet).
Cutting ribs between every bone. Lay them out on the baking tray.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over ribs. Flip the ribs in the dry marinade to coat all sides.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.

Remove the tin and brush the ribs with half of the sauce. Bake 20 minutes without cover.

Brush the ribs again with the remaining sauce and finish cooking under the grill for 2 or 3 minutes. serve.
