Southern fried salmon dumplings



* Ingredient:
 
°400 g salmon 
°1 red-pepper
°1 zucchini
°1 onion
°1 clove-garlic
°80 g flour
°1 tsp flour (or more)
°1 cup of water (about 20 cl)
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°5 cl of olive oil
°Thyme
° Split pepper (or cayenne pepper)
°salt
°pepper
°frying oil)

*Preparation
 Melt the chopped onion in a frying pan with olive oil.
Add sweet pepper. Leave to cook for 10 minutes; Add chopped zucchini. Add thyme, bay leaf and chopped garlic. Season (salt, pepper, hot pepper to your taste). Leave to cook for another 10 minutes.
 Remove the salmon skin and add its cubes as well. Adjust the spices. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. At the end of cooking add 1 tablespoon of flour (maybe more if any juice remains) to the mixture.
 Mixing flour with baking-soda in bowl. Pour water to making a quick mixture.
 Step 4 - Cute salmon croquettes Shape small croquettes with a large spoon.
 Dip them in the mixture and then immerse them in a boiling oil bath for two minutes to brown them.
Drain them on absorbent paper. Serve immediately with a small salad
