Coconut Milk Garlic Shrimp Sauce

* Ingredients : 

°1 can of coconut milk
°2 crushed garlic cloves
°1 teaspoon curry
°1 teaspoon grated ginger
°A dash of chili
°5 tablespoons chopped fresh (or frozen) cilantro
°2 tablespoons sesame oil
°500gm peeled medium shrimp
°1 onion

Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan (or heavy-bottomed casserole dish) and fry the chopped onions in it. Add the pressed garlic, curry, chili sauce and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

The second step
When ready to serve, add cilantro.

Step 3
Served with Thai rice (or noodles)
