Carne-Asada-Mexican-Street-Tacos



This style of tacos is traditionally made with beef in lemon juice, spices, and a sprinkle of salt. It is then briefly roasted over a wood fire, creating that distinct flavor of burnt beef stewed by the flames. It is especially popular in the northern states of Mexico.

* Ingredients
 
°10 Mexicana™ Toasted White Corn
°1 Mexicana™ Beef Carne Asada
°3 tbsp. oil soup
°1 c. Lemon juice
°500 g rump meat
°1 avocado
°Recommendations: 1 finely chopped onion and 2 fresh diced tomatoes

* Preparation :

Marinade: water, oil, lemon juice and spices in a bowl, marinate the meat with it and leave it covered for 10 minutes.
Steak: Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the steak with the marinade. Wanted roast meat to pan (let liquid inside!), Put it on a baking tray, cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes. to shoot fire. Cutting steak to thin slices & adding rest liquid to skillet.
Hot Tortillas: Pan: Bake the tortillas in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 15 seconds on each side to preheat. &, to ready to serve wrap in tea towel to reheaat. Microwave: Take the tortillas out of the package, stack them in a microwave-safe dish and cover with microwave wrap. Tortillas covering to sevieren keep-warm.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 140°C (convection oven: 120°C) Take a stack of tortillas from the wrapper, wrap them in foil and preheat on the center plate for 10 minutes. Let tortilla cover to ready to serving hot.
Suggestion: Serve over hot tortillas and sprinkle with lemon juice. For bad taste with onions also tomatoes.
