CALIFORNIA-AVOCADO-BURGER


*Ingredients :

°1 1/2 tsp
°1 1/2 tsp salt
°3/4 tsp pepper
°2 lbs Low fat minced beef
°1 1/2 ripe, fresh California avocados*
° lettuce leaves as needed
°2 sliced ​​onions
°2 tomatoes cut into slices
°6 sesame burger buns

* Methods : 

Mix Worcestershiire, salt, pepper & ground beef.
Form in the form of pancakes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill, grill or fry as desired.
While the burger patties are cooking, core the avocado, peel and mash it.
Serve each slice on bun bread with lettuce, tomato slices, and onions.
Top each burger with fresh mashed California avocado.
Presentation suggestions:

* A large avocado is recommended for this recipe. An average large avocado is about 8 ounces. If using an avocado in a smaller or larger size, adjust the amount accordingly.
