* Ingredients

6 persons
° 230 g flour
° 3 packets of m & m's
° 125 g of soft butter
° 100 g dark chocolate
° Sugar Powder sugar 80 g of caster sugar or caster sugar
° 60 g brown sugar
° 1 large egg
° Vanilla
° 1 C. to s. vanilla
° Cinnamon
° 0.5 tsp. to c. cinnamon
° Salt or fine salt
° 1 pinch of salt or fine salt

Beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until the mixture turns white. Add the egg, flour, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix everything with your hands, then pour in the grated chocolate while stirring.

Coarsely crush the m & ms and fold them into the dough. Do not overwork it, it may soften it. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 min.

For baking I prefer to use a baking sheet for small pies. They will be less flat and softer on the inside. Place baking paper rounds and fill with dough, you will get beautiful cookies of regular size.

But you can very well place them on a baking sheet lined baking sheet. Make balls the size of a walnut and flatten them slightly, spacing them apart. Bake at 160 ° C for about fifteen minutes.
