The BEST Homemade Crunch Bars

Cereal bars are all the rage right now. But did you think that you can make it very easily at home? It’s child's play. The recipe for my “Homemade ultra crunchy cereal bars” does not require technical knowledge in pastry making or special equipment (although if you want regular bars a plate of preformed silicone molds is necessary or a cookie cutter of which you will choose. the form).

* List of ingredients

° 75 g oatmeal
° 25 g of quinoa
° 60 g of dried fruit (dates, figs, raisins cut into pieces ...)
° 1 C. grated coconut
° 50 g of dried fruits such as almonds, hazelnuts or pistachios to chop
° 75 g of agave syrup (you can mix honey and agave)
° 30 g of coconut butter or regular butter
° 1 C. teaspoon vanilla sugar or cinnamon

* Recipe steps :

Preheat your oven to 175 °
In a saucepan, melt the butter, agave syrup or agave honey mixture, and vanilla sugar
In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, quinoa, dried fruits and nuts that you need to chop first (especially the raisins as they swell during cooking and destroy your bars lol)
Then add the liquid mixture, and mix well with a spatula
Put the preparation either in financial molds, muffin molds or even make shapes with a cookie cutter and above all tamp well!
Bake between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on whether you prefer golden bars or not
Place them in the freezer for 15 minutes or in the fridge 1 hour after cooling in the open air so that the bars harden.
You can individually wrap them and take them anywhere :)

Enjoy !
