Simply-Spicy-Chicken-Fried-Rice 🍚



The oriental flavors of five-spice powder and ginger create a mouth-watering stir-fry dish.

* INGREDIENTS :

° 1 bag of sweet pepper and Tilda lime rice
° 2 chicken breasts, finely sliced
° ½ tsp. 5 tsp five spice powder
° 1 C. sunflower oil
° 4 green onions
° 1 cm ginger, finely grated
° 1 pak choy, cut into large pieces
° 2 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
° A handful of roasted cashews

Marinaate chicken with 5 spice powder & oil.
Leave it on for at least 10 minutes, longer if possible.
Fry the chicken over high heat for 3-5 minutes, add the green onion and ginger and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Heat the rice in the microwave or in a pan following the instructions on the bag and add it to the chicken with the pak choy
Stir in the sweet pepper sauce
Serve garnished with toasted cashews.
