No-Bake Cherry Delight

No-bake cherry cheesecake, a delicious cake for your dessert, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.


+For the base of the cheesecake:
° 150 g of plain cookies
° 100 g butter
° 1 tbsp of sugar
+For the cream:
° 280g Philadelphia cream cheese
° 45 g sugar
° 16 cl of semi-thick cream
+For the cherry compote:
° 250 g of pitted cherries
° 30 g of sugar


Preparation of the cherry compote:
First put the pitted cherries in a saucepan and add the sugar on top.
Then put your saucepan on medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring with the spatula… let cool afterwards.
Preparation of the cheesecake base:
Put the cookies in the food processor and mix them into fine crumbs.
Then pour them into a bowl, add the melted butter and sugar on top and mix them.
Pour everything into a buttered round mold, press the bottom and edges then put in the fridge.

Preparation of the cream:
Pour the cheese and cream into a bowl and whip them using the mixer for 4 to 6 minutes at medium speed.
Then add the sugar, whisking for another 3 minutes at medium speed.
Take your mold out of the fridge, spread your cream on top and put in the freezer for 60 minutes.
Then take the mold out of the freezer and pour over your cherry count and return to the fridge until serving.
Finally here is your no-bake cherry cheesecake, cut and serve… bon appétit to all.
