The best creamy garlic sauce recipe for pasta !
* Ingredients :
° 1 bulb of garlic 6 tablespoons of butter
° 1 and 3/4 (440 mL) 35% cream
° 1 and 1/4 cup (315 mL) Parmesan cheese
° 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 2 teaspoons of flour + 1 tablespoon of 35% cream
* Preperation :
Remove the ends of the garlic bulb and mash with a fork. In -sized pot, melt butter.
Add the cream and garlic and bring to a boil. Add pepper and cheese. In a small glass, mix 2 teaspoons of flour with 1 tablespoon of cream.
Add this mixture and whisk well. Whisk until the sauce thickens (a few minutes). Serve over pasta… or over chicken..
