''FULLY-LOADED-HOT-PIMENTO-DIP-CHEESE''

This week, we're inventing a holiday season… local. Starting with the recipes, but also with the gifts because there are so many artisans, producers and businesses here who work hard and create beautiful, delicious and high quality products.

* INGREDIENTS :

° 1 C.  tablespoon of butter
° 3 cups of yellow onions, chopped
° 1 C. tablespoon of honey
° 2 tbsp. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
° 1 cup (1 x 250 g pkg.) cheese-Cream
° ½ c mayonnaise
° 100 g (about 4 slices) of Quebec raclette cheese, cut into cubes
° 1 C. onion powder
° ¼ tsp. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

* STEPS :

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, then brown the onions for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add honey and Worcestershire sauce, then continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes so that the onions are nicely colored. Transfer to a bowl, then place in the refrigerator to cool the mixture completely.
In a food processor, crush the rest of the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
In a bowl, combine the cheese mixture and the onion mixture, then stir.
Pour into an ovenproof dish, then set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
To serve, preheat the oven to 375 ° F and place the rack in the center. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, then serve with fresh bread, croutons, crackers, raw vegetables, etc.

Enjoy !
